ATYOU Health Tech operates its own injection molding workshop covering more than 37,000 ft², supported by an experienced injection molding team. The department specializes in providing trial molds, small-batch pilot runs, and large-scale production of high-quality plastic components for ATYOU and other subsidiaries under the QQS Group. Our products cover a wide range of industries, including consumer electronics, home appliances, medical supplies, sports, maternal and infant care, personal care, automotive components, agricultural irrigation, and sanitary products. Especially in niche fields such as household cleaning appliances, commercial/medical sterilization equipment, and maternal and infant products, our team has extensive experience and high-quality control standards

With in-house R&D, mold, and injection molding teams working closely together, our plastic injection molding solutions help reduce the cost and lead time of pre-production and prototype parts. From the very first step of production, we ensure high-quality standards and manufacturing efficiency while minimizing the risk of information leakage from customer production materials.

Production Equipment
In 2021, the injection molding department completed an automation upgrade, introducing multi-color injection molding machines and high-speed Japanese injection machines. Our current equipment includes a wide range of injection molding machines such as the TOSHIBA EC1300SXIII high-speed injection molding machine, along with dozens of other processing devices including ultrasonic welding machines, laser marking machines, and hot stamping machines.
We are capable of high-quality molding of a wide range of plastics, including PE, PP, PC, PETG, ABS, and SAN, as well as secondary finishing processes such as hot stamping, laser marking, and painting.
